These Terms of Service govern the use of the Čistá forma prostoru online store and the purchase of products through our online store.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

2. Our Products
Čistá forma prostoru offers handmade abstract sculptures designed primarily for interior spaces.
Our sculptures are handmade in the Czech Republic using materials including stone and metal.
Because the sculptures are handmade, individual pieces may differ slightly in texture, colour, surface, shape or other visual details. Such characteristics are a natural part of handmade production and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
All sculptures offered in our online store are already produced and available for purchase. We do not manufacture sculptures according to individual customer specifications.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information displayed in our online store are accurate.
However, colours displayed on a screen may differ slightly from the actual appearance of a sculpture depending on the customer's device and display settings.
The actual dimensions and characteristics of each product are stated in the relevant product description.
4. Prices
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer on the online store.
The website may offer prices in CZK, EUR and USD.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in product prices or information before an order is accepted.
5. Orders
To place an order, the customer selects the desired product, adds it to the shopping cart and completes the checkout process.
Before submitting an order, the customer has the opportunity to review and correct the information provided.
By submitting an order, the customer places a binding order for the selected products.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
6. Formation of the Purchase Contract
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the customer's order.
The order confirmation sent by email contains information regarding the completed purchase.
If a product is unavailable or there is an obvious error in the product information or price, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible and may cancel the affected order.
If the order has already been paid for, the amount paid will be refunded.
7. Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods:
• payment card;
• Apple Pay;
• Google Pay.
Payment must be completed during checkout unless another payment method is expressly offered.
Payments may be processed by an external payment service provider. We do not store complete payment card details in our own systems.
8. Shipping
We deliver orders within the Czech Republic, throughout the European Union and to Ukraine.
Czech Republic
Standard shipping: 130 CZK
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.
European Union
Standard shipping: 400 CZK
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
Ukraine
Standard shipping: 400 CZK
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
Free Shipping
Orders with a total value of 3,000 CZK or more qualify for free standard shipping.
The delivery times stated above are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Transfer of Risk
The risk of damage to the goods passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
This does not affect the consumer's statutory rights concerning defective or damaged goods.
10. Customs and Import Charges
Orders delivered within the European Union generally do not incur customs duties between EU Member States.
Shipments to Ukraine may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the relevant Ukrainian authorities.
Such charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information required for customs clearance and for complying with applicable import requirements in the destination country.
11. Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, this period generally begins on the day following receipt of the goods.
Detailed information about withdrawal, returning products and refunds is provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
12. Complaints and Defective Products
We are responsible for ensuring that the goods comply with applicable statutory requirements.

Please provide your order number and describe the issue. Where possible, you may also provide photographs to help us assess the situation.
Your statutory rights concerning defective goods and complaints are not affected by these Terms of Service.
13. Handmade Nature of Our Products
Our sculptures are handmade works of art.
Natural materials such as stone may contain natural variations, textures, colour differences, patterns and other characteristic features.
Minor differences between product photographs and the actual sculpture may therefore be a natural result of the materials used and the handmade production process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
This does not affect the consumer's statutory rights in the event of a defect or lack of conformity with the purchase contract.
14. Intellectual Property
All content published in our online store, including photographs, product images, texts, logos, graphics, design and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.
Without our prior written permission, it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use our content.
15. Use of the Online Store
Customers agree to use the online store in accordance with applicable laws and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the store or its systems.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the online store where reasonably necessary to protect our business, systems, customers or other users.
16. Availability of the Online Store
We make reasonable efforts to keep our online store available and functioning properly.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The online store may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, security measures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
17. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms do not limit statutory consumer rights or legal remedies available to consumers.
18. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to consumers under the laws of their country of residence.
19. Consumer Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between us, we encourage the customer to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Consumers may also have the right to use statutory alternative dispute resolution mechanisms or other consumer protection remedies available under applicable law.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, particularly in connection with changes to our business, products, services or applicable legal requirements.
For a specific order, the version of the Terms of Service applicable at the time the purchase contract was concluded will apply.
