Shipping policy

At Čistá forma prostoru, we carefully prepare and package every sculpture to help ensure that it reaches you safely.

We currently deliver orders within the Czech Republic, throughout the European Union and to Ukraine.

1. Shipping within the Czech Republic

Shipping cost: 130 CZK

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.

Orders are shipped using our selected domestic delivery services.

Once your order has been dispatched, available shipping information will be sent to you by email.

2. Shipping within the European Union

Shipping cost: 400 CZK

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.

We deliver to countries throughout the European Union.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping to Ukraine

Shipping cost: 400 CZK

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.

Deliveries to Ukraine may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the relevant authorities.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customs processing may also affect the estimated delivery time.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders with a total value of:

3,000 CZK or more

The free shipping threshold applies to the value of the products in the order and does not include any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by authorities.

5. Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

The estimated delivery times stated above refer to the period from dispatch of the order and do not necessarily represent the time from placing the order.

Orders may require additional processing time in exceptional circumstances.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

6. Delivery Tracking

Where tracking is available for the selected delivery service, tracking information may be provided to you by email after your order has been dispatched.

The availability of tracking may depend on the destination and delivery service used.

7. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery failure or additional delivery costs, we may contact the customer to arrange an appropriate solution.

8. Failed or Uncollected Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or fails to collect the package within the carrier's applicable collection period, the package may be returned to us.

Any additional delivery arrangements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Damaged Packages

Our sculptures are carefully packaged because they are handmade objects and may be fragile.

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend documenting the condition of the package and contacting us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photographs of the packaging and the damaged product.

We will review the situation and provide appropriate assistance in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

10. Delivery Delays

The delivery times stated in this policy are estimates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, extreme weather, natural events, strikes, public restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Such delays do not affect your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

11. International and Customs Information

For deliveries outside the European Union, including Ukraine, the recipient may be responsible for:

• import duties;

• import VAT or other taxes;

• customs clearance fees;

• other charges imposed by local authorities.

These charges are not included in the standard shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise.

The customer is responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in the destination country.
