Refund policy

At Čistá forma prostoru, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As our sculptures are handmade works of art, we carefully inspect and package every piece before it is shipped.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions described below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from our online store, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
The withdrawal period begins on the day following the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal before the end of the 14-day period by contacting us by email at:

You may use your own wording to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We recommend including your order number, the name used for the order, and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Returning the Product
After notifying us of your withdrawal, please send the product back to:

The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Because our sculptures are handmade objects, please pack the item carefully and, where possible, use the original packaging to help prevent damage during transportation.
3. Condition of Returned Products
You may handle and inspect the product in the same way that you would reasonably be able to do in a physical store.
However, you may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.
This is particularly important for handmade sculptures, as scratches, breakage, stains, alterations or other damage may affect their value.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For a standard withdrawal from the purchase contract, Čistá forma prostoru covers the cost of returning the product.
Please contact us at cistaformaprostorucz@gmail.com before sending the product back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund without undue delay.
The refund will normally be issued within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
Where applicable, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge paid for the order.
We are not required to reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your sculpture arrives damaged, defective, or you receive a different product from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and its packaging.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly delivered goods are not affected by this Return & Refund Policy.
7. Exchanges
We accept exchanges where reasonably possible.
If you would like to exchange a sculpture for another available sculpture, please contact us at cistaformaprostorucz@gmail.com before returning the product.
The replacement item must be available in our current collection. As all of our sculptures are already produced and available for purchase, we cannot create a custom replacement specifically for an individual customer.
8. Products Excluded from Return
Our sculptures are standard products available from our existing collection and are not individually made or modified according to a customer's personal specifications.
Therefore, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies unless a specific statutory exception under applicable law applies.
9. Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable Czech or European Union law.
In particular, your statutory rights concerning defective goods, conformity of goods with the contract, complaints and remedies remain unaffected by this policy.
